The Strategy Day

Get the whole business out of your head in a day.

A focused day for founders running a clinic or a studio who are carrying too much of it themselves. I put The Four on the table · Roles, Standards, Rhythm, Decisions · and pull the whole business out of your head. Then I build the plan: your first quarter mapped, and the order to run it in.

The opening

Most founders I work with are tired. Some do not know what to change, most are too close to it to see it, and nearly all are too busy doing the doing to step back and set how the place runs without them. None of that is a failing. It is what happens when one person has carried the standard this far.

The day works because I hear what you have stopped noticing, and get it onto the table where it can belong to the business rather than one person. That ear is twenty years in the making, and it is the whole of what you are paying for.

This is not a call about your goals. It is a working day on how the place runs.

No. 01 · What we cover · The Four

The Four that decide whether a founder-led business holds together when you step back.

IRoles
Who owns what, and what is still quietly sitting with you.
IIStandards
What "done properly" means here, written so it does not depend on you being in the room.
IIIRhythm
The week and the month that keep the place moving, so you are not the one driving every part of it.
IVDecisions
What you keep, what you hand over, and what nobody should be asking you about by now.

I work through each one with you, your actual business in front of us. My job on the day is the questions no one has asked you yet · about the calls that still wait for you, the standards only you hold, and the hours that vanish into being asked. Founders tell me the day feels like being read.

No. 02 · What you receive

The day is the pull. The plan is what I build from it.

On the day, I pull the whole business out of your head. Then I go away, pull your numbers, and put together the plan that maps your first quarter:

1

Where each of the four stands right now.

2

What to set in place first, with an owner against every action.

3

The order to run it in, so you are not trying to change everything at once.

The plan is the thinking, done. Everything it runs on becomes The Handover · your numbers on a live dashboard, the model you can change, your areas of focus, all in one place. The day flows straight into it.

One engagement · two parts
IThe Day

Out of your head

One day in the room. I pull the whole business out of your head across The Four, and the calls get made. $2,250. The front door.

IIThe Handover

Built, handed over, running on more than you

Six to ten weeks. I build the one place your business runs from · your numbers, your standards, your week, and who owns what · put it into the business at the depth you choose, and leave. It holds to your standard, without either of us in the room.

Book the day. It stands on its own, and it is the way into the build if you continue.

No. 04 · Who it's for

You don't need to arrive knowing your numbers or having the language for any of this. Bring the business as it is. Pulling it together is the work.

For you if

The business is past proving itself and the thing slowing it down is that too much still depends on you. It suits founders who would rather make decisions in a day than think about them for another quarter, and who want structure they can hand over, not motivation.

Not for you if

You are at the very start and still working out whether the idea holds. The day is built for a business that already works and now needs to run without its founder in every part of it.

No. 05 · Questions

Is this a fractional COO arrangement?

No. A fractional COO holds the seat for as long as you pay for it. This is a build with a finish line · the day, then The Handover, then I leave and your team holds it. One engagement, handed over, done.

How is this different from a coaching call?

A coaching call works on you. This works on the business. I ask, I listen, I pull it out of you · then the plan comes back with what to set first and the order to run it in, not a list of things to think about.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Send what you already have and answer a short intake. That is it. The preparation is my job, not yours.

What if I want help putting the plan in?

That is The Handover. The Strategy Day flows straight into it, and the day's thinking becomes the build's brief.

What if I am not sure the business is ready?

If it already works and the thing holding it back is you, it is ready. If you are still proving the idea, the day will not be the right use of your money yet, and I will tell you so before you book.

One day to pull it out of your head, and the plan to put it in order.
