If you turned your phone off tonight, what would happen to your business?
An operating partner for founder-led businesses. What lives in your head becomes a Hub you open each morning to the whole business, live: every pressure point and every good thing, in one place. Then I hand it back to you, running.
One engagement, two decisions.
The Handover is one engagement, taken as two separate decisions. A day together first, then, if it's right, a build done beside you and made to leave. It is a working build with a finish line: I get into the business, build the one place it runs from, and hand it back. By the end, the business runs on you and your systems, and I step back out.
Built to leave, and running.
The Day, then the Handover.
The Day
Your time and your thinking, not a clock ticking. You leave with your numbers pulled, your first quarter mapped, and an owner against every action. It stands on its own · nothing beyond it is assumed.
The Handover
A second, separate decision, only offered once you've felt the day. I build the plan beside you, put a live model in your hands, and deploy the operating Hub so the business runs from one place.
No two are the same. What you leave with is set by what the day surfaces, not a fixed list. We find the three priorities that move the business most right now, and I build them into your Hub.
Built to leave.
You step in once, and I build beside you until it runs without me. The shape is simple: I get into the business, build the engine it runs on, hand it back, and step out. Each phase is yours to choose as we go. Built with you, and for you.
From there, we decide.
When the Handover is done, we decide together what the business needs next, and how involved I am. Some pieces I build for you. Others I guide you through while you build them yourself, so you keep the skill. Every phase is a decision you make with your eyes open.
Two ways to begin.
The Handover is priced to what the day surfaces. Each priority is scoped as its own build in the Hub, with a fixed fee against it · taken one at a time, or together as a package. You see the scope and the price before any work begins.
I take a small number of founders at a time, so each one gets my full attention.
Book the Strategy Day
Most of how the business works lives in your head, and keeping it there is part of how you got here. One day together, and you leave with the plan.
