Most of how it works still lives in your head, and that's the thing holding the business at your pace. I get it out, get it written down, and build it beside you until you or your team can run it without me.
Every founder I work with is driven, further along than they give themselves credit for, and holding more of the business in their head than anyone else could: the standard, the pricing, the way it should be handed to the next person who touches it, the call that only you can make, again and again.
None of that is a failure of organisation. It's what got the business here. It's also why the phone doesn't go quiet, and why a week away costs you a month.
You need someone who can hear what you've stopped noticing, name what's in the way, and take it off you.
The business already works and the thing slowing it down is how much still depends on you.
You haven't taken paid work yet, and you're still testing whether anyone will pay you for this. The day is built for a business that already works, solo or with a team, and now needs to run without you carrying every part of it.
Twenty minutes on the phone, or an hour somewhere in Perth if you'd rather do it face to face. You tell me what you're building and where it keeps stalling. I'll tell you whether the day is right for you, and if it isn't, I'll say so before you spend anything.
Most engagements begin here.
We spend a day together and I ask the questions nobody has asked you yet. Everything goes onto the table, in the order it actually matters.
You leave with the calls made, your numbers pulled, your first quarter mapped and an owner against every action. Within three business days you have the plan and the order to run it in.
The day stands on its own. Nothing beyond it is assumed, and it's yours to keep whether or not we go further.
We map Roles, Standards, Rhythm and Decisions. Who owns what, what "done properly" means here, the week that keeps it moving, and what nobody should be asking you about by now.
We map Position, Offer, Pipeline and Spine. What you're known for, the named thing you can send someone the same day they ask, where the next ten conversations come from, and the rate card and terms underneath it.
Same day, same price. Different map.
The day tells us what matters most. From there we pick the pieces and I build them beside you, one at a time or together, whichever suits your year.
Each piece is scoped and quoted before any work starts, so you see the number before you commit to it. Some I build for you. Others I guide you through while you build them yourself, so the skill stays in the business.
Every piece has a finish line, and you decide how far it goes.
You get the things that have been sitting on you handed back finished, one at a time, until there's room to think again.
The growth is in getting what's in the way, out of the way, so the business moves at its own pace instead of yours.

No. A fractional COO holds the seat for as long as you pay for it. This is a build with a finish line: the day, then the build, then I leave and it holds without me. One engagement, handed over, done.
A coaching call works on you. This works on the business. I ask, I listen, I pull it out of you, then the plan comes back with what to set first and the order to run it in, not a list of things to think about.
If it already works and the thing holding it back is you, it is ready. If you are still proving the idea, the day will not be the right use of your money yet, and I will tell you so before you book.
