Recovery-room pricing

Your call: recovery folded into the membership tier, or a paid add-on at $39 a month. The model is set to the add-on so you can see both.

Mid-morning timetable slot

The 10am reformer keeps running uncovered. Elke can take it, or we bring the new instructor forward. Waiting on your call, see People.

Winter intro offer

Converting well, three off it yesterday. Runs to the end of July, then we hold price and let the value carry it.

Recovery-room resource setup

Momence setup written. Needs the front desk to start booking the sauna and ice as a resource so utilisation reads live.

Second reformer instructor

Hire kit built. Bring on once the two peak classes are turning members away, which is close.
