Reformer, the peak classes, and mentoring the newer instructors. Carries the two classes that sell out.
Tom & SimoneInstructors
The mid-week and weekend timetable, and the mat and mobility classes as those grow.
RecoveryUnassigned
The sauna and ice room. Runs on notes today, needs an owner once it is a booked resource and part of the membership.

The one recurring gap on the timetable, running uncovered most weeks. Elke can take it, or it becomes the anchor class for the second instructor once the peak classes are turning members away. This is one of the two calls on This Week.

How Priya's pay is structured as she takes the floor

Priya is moving from front desk to running the studio day to day. Her pay should match the seat. Two ways to structure it, both costed in the working folder.

Option A · Flat lift
A clean salary lift to the manager band. Simple, predictable, and it does not tie her pay to a number she is still learning to move.
Option B · Base plus growth
A smaller base lift with a share of net member growth each quarter. Rewards the thing you want her focused on, and it grows as the membership does.
