How the model works. Membership MRR is members times fee. Recovery MRR is the share of members on the add-on times the add-on fee. Contribution is total revenue after the cost-of-delivery share you set. The twelve-month member count applies this month's net change forward in a straight line, so treat it as a direction, not a forecast.
